GB Lubricants Setting the Standard

Goodall Bates & Todd Ltd which trades as GB Lubricants & GB Fuels believes it has recently become the first independent Company in the European industry to achieve the international standard for integrated management systems PAS 99:2006.

PAS 99:2006 provides a framework for the existing Quality Standard ISO 9001:2008, the Environmental Management Standard 14001:2004 and the Occupational Health & Safety Standard OHSAS 18001:2007 to be integrated into a single unitary structure.

Managing Director Tim Bates said that the level of investment both in terms of financial input and management time has been rewarded with this accreditation. The PAS 99:2006 accreditation provides both customers and suppliers with independent assurance that the internal controls, efficiency and effectiveness have been certified to the highest contemporary standards. The initiatives and standards that we employ are geared towards meeting our health, safety & environmental responsibilities whilst improving the quality of the overall service that we provide to our customers.

However being awarded PAS 99:2006 is not the only improvement that GB Lubricants have recently made to improve the service. The Laboratory has been totally refurbished & new equipment such as ICP, CCS, Demulsification, Pour Point being installed.
